The first picture is hypersonic, because water is moving to the outside. This means the solution has much more salt than the cell does. The second photo is hypotonic, because water is entering the cell. This means the solution has the same amount as the cell. The last photo is isotonic, because water is moving both in and out of the cell. This means both the cell and the solution have equal amounts of salt.
