The line in which alliteration is the dominant sound device is C. Five miles meandering with a mazy motion.

Alliteration is the repetition of an initial consonant sound in the words of a line or sentence. In this line of the poem, the sound that is repeated is m sound like in the words miles, meandering, mazy and motion. The other lines do not possess this patern of sound repetition.
