So taking (0,-2) and (-3,-6) then it is -2-(-6)/0-(-3) or 4/3

Answer:

slope=(4)/(3)

Explanation:

Given: The table of linear function.

x : -3 , 0 , 3, 6

y : -6 , -2 , 2, 6

Slope=change in y over change in x

slope=(-2+6)/(0+3)=(4)/(3)

Passing point: (0,-2)

Point slope form:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

y+2=(4)/(3)(x-0)

y=(4)/(3)x-2

Slope of the linear function
=(4)/(3)

Linear function is
y=(4)/(3)x-2

Hence, The slope of linear function is
(4)/(3)
