The answer is D) Nutritional benefits. Food companies do not need to pu what benefits there are to eating the food. They just have to put all the ingredient (bad or good), Net weight (Helps control your diet and what your eating), and the serving size. Nutritional benefits is not needed. Not required.

Answer:

nutritional benefits

Step-by-step explanation:

In general, labels provide data based on how much healthy we can consume, how much of that food contributes to total daily nutrients, calories, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, and sodium. Because of all this information, it is important for a person planning to eat healthier to assess whether the information on the food label matches their healthy eating pattern.

Although labels do not have the nutritional benefits of food, they should contain information such as:

  • all ingredients, listed in descending weight
  • net weight of package
  • serving size, as specified by the FDA.
