the word equation is as follows
cesium hydroxide+ phosphoric acid--> cesium dihydrogen + water

the balanced chemical equation

H3PO4+ CsOH ---->CsH2PO4 +H2O (the equation is balanced since the number of molecules in both reactant side and product side are equal
