For this case, you must rewrite the expression correctly.
We have then:
2 (16x ^ 3y) ^ (1/3) + 4 (54x ^ 6y ^ 5) ^ (1/3)
We then have to use properties of exponents:
4 ((2 ^ (1/3) xy ^ (1/3)) + 12 ((2 ^ (1/3)) x ^ 2y ^ (5/3))
4 ((2 ^ (1/3) xy ^ (1/3)) + 12 ((2 ^ (1/3)) x ^ 2 * y * y ^ (2/3))
We rewrite:
4x ((2y) ^ (1/3)) + 12 * x ^ 2 * y ((2y ^ 2) ^ (1/3))
Answer:
4x ((2y) ^ (1/3)) + 12 * x ^ 2 * y ((2y ^ 2) ^ (1/3))
option 1
