A Rectangle launch tray has a length of X centimeters and a width of 15 cm the trays length is at least 20% greater than it's width. right an inequality to represent this situation. suppose X is a whole number find the least possible permitted and the least possible area of the lunch tray

we know that
x-------------> length rectangle launch tray
w------------< width rectangle launch tray------> 15 cm

length is at least 20% greater than it's width
x>=1.2w---------> x>=1.2*15

the answer part a) is
x>=18 ---------------> ( inequality to represent this situation)

part b)
suppose X is a whole number find the least possible permitted and the least possible area of the lunch tray

the least possible permitted length is 18 cm
the least possible area of the lunch tray is 18*15=270 cm²
