The answer would be oxidase test.

Aerobic bacteria could use oxygen to create energy so they will survive better in an environment with high oxygen content. That happens because they have an enzyme that allows the uses of oxygen, called oxidation.
Aerobic bacteria will have positive oxidase test indicated by the change of color into violet or purple.
