% CHANGE FORMULA:
(New#- Original #)/Original # x 100
=(16965 - 19500)/19500 x 100
subtract in parentheses first
= -2535/19500 x 100
divide
= -0.13 x 100
= -13%
ANSWER: There is a -13% change in the price of the car. (So the price dropped by 13%).
