Let
x--------------------> weight of an object on earth
y-------------------> weight of an object on Earth’ s moon

we know that
x=6y
Part A) if x=42 pounds
y=x/6-------------- > 42/6= 7 pounds
the answer part A) is
if it weight 42 pounds on Earth the weight of an object on Earth’ s moon is 7 pounds

Part B) An object would weight 6 pounds on Callisto . What would it weight on Earth’s moon?

The gravitational forces existing on Jupiter's moon called Callisto are similar to those of the Moon
therefore
the answer is
An object would also weight 6 pounds on Earth’s moon
