As you know, the formula for the area of a trapezoid is
.. A = (1/2)(b1 +b2)*h
.. = (1/2)(8.6 cm +12.9 cm)*(6.4 cm) . . . . . fill in the given numbers
.. = 68.8 cm^2 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .do the arithmetic
