Use PV = nRT. Rearrange it to T = PV/nR.
P = 190 kPa
V = 1.00 L
n = 2.16
R = 8.314 kPa*L/mol*k
Plug in and solve. Your answer will be in Kelvin, so subtract 273 to convert it to Celsius. I got -262 degrees C.
