Kelly’s next step is to search for information about cars. Since she needs to make a decision on which vehicle she should purchase next, it is important for her to complete her research on which is the best fit for her. The consumer decision-making process is a five step process in which different companies and in this case, car manufacturers will promote their product in a way that makes them needed. The five steps Kelly will go through in the process are need for recognition, information search, evaluations and alternatives, purchase and post-purchase behavior.
