(3r)/(r-5) = (r+2)/(r+3)
(3r)(r+3)=(r-5)(r+2)
3r^2 +9r= r^2-3r-10
2r^2+12r+10=0
2(r^2+6r+5)=0
2(r+5)(r+1)=0
r=-1 or r=-5
