The correct answer is false. While it is true that complementary proteins (combination of two meals with different protein compositions) provide essential amino acids but what makes the answer false is that there are only nine essential amino acids namely phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, methionine, leucine, isoleucine, lysine, and histidine.
