Percent Change Formula:
(New # - Original #)/Original # x 100
If the answer is positive, it's an increase. If it's negative, a decrease.

P= percent

P= (130-120)/120 x 100
P= 10/120 x 100
P= 0.08333 x 100
P= 8.33% increase

ANSWER: 120 to 130 is an increase of 8.33%.

Hope this helps! :)
