A six carbon carbohydrate would have how many hydrogen atoms?

that would depend on the shape. Something like hexane is a straight line carbon chain.
H H H H H H
H C C C C C C H
H H H H H H

So this Carbon structure has 14 hydrogens.

Something like Benzene has only 6 hydrogens connected to it. I cannot show you what benzene looks like, but it you google it, you will get many images.
