I think the nurse should position the client, with the Head of the bed elevated at 45 degrees and lower arms supported by pillows in order to reduce preload. Cognitive heart failure symptoms is a heart condition that causes symptoms of shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, and swelling of legs, ankles, and feet.
