To find the value for
g(x)=f(2), we first want to evaluate
f(2).

f(2)=3(2)-1=5

So, we set
g(x) equal to 5.

2x-3=5 \\ 2x=8 \\ x=4

x = 4

My graphing calculator says g(4) = f(2).

The 4th selection, x=4, is appropriate.
