A 90 degree rotation counterclockwise around point A'

Quadrilateral ABCD undergoes a series of transformations to become A’’B’’C’’D’’.

The first transformation is a reflection over the y-axis.

The coordinate of C’ would be (-6,3) in this case.

If the image is rotated counter clock wise around the point A then it will result in the final image which is presented in the attached figure.
