prime factor 396
2*2*3*3*11 = 396
So then 2*3 = 6 can be factored out of the sqrt from 396 leaving 11. half of the even exponent can also be factored out. since y has odd exponent one y will be left in sqrt.
= - 6 x^4 y^9 sqrt(11y)
