The correct answer is D) wrote works about the government they wanted to start.

Lenin and Hitler both wrote works about the government they wanted to start.

Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was heavily influenced by the literature of Nicholai Chernyshevsky and his book “What is to be done?” and “Das Kapital” of Karl Marx. Those texts influenced his ideas of government. During his exile in Switzerland in 1916 he wrote “Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism.”

Adolph Hitler wrote his autobiographical book called “My Struggle” (Mein Kampf, in German). In the book, Hitler explains the reason why he became an antisemitic individual and elaborates on his personal point of view about politics an ideology to govern Germany.
