It is because this technique made use of positive words without actually providing a guarantee in a particular thing or information in which provides good words but doesn't necessarily provide the whole or overall content that may dismay or upset the consumers. An example to this is that they advertise a clothing that they said to be elegant in looking and cheap but they leave out the fact that they are cheap because there are minor damages on it.
