Try this option:
1. root1*root2=-5; root1+root2=-4.
2. root1=-5; root2=1.
answer:1;-5.

Actually the answer is (-1,5)

x^2 – 4x – 5 = 0

x^2 – 4x = 5

x^2 – 4x + 4 = 5 + 4

(x – 2)^2 = 9

x – 2 = ± 3

x = 2 + 3 and x = 2 – 3

x = 5 and x = –1

{–1, 5}
