1)R>$200--------------> initial inequality

hey paid their parents $28
R-28>
($200-$28)
R1=R-28
R1>($200-$28)------------> R1>$172
R1---------> money earned minus $28

3) divided the rest of money equally
(R-28)/3>
$172/3
R3=(R-28)/3-----------> amount each friend earned
R3>$172/3--------------> R3>$57.33 (final inequality)

the answer is
