7s + 12 > 46 - 10s
Add 10s to both sides:
17s + 12 > 46
Subtract 12 to both sides:
17s > 34
Divide 17 to both sides:
s > 2
The inequality graphed would have an open dot on 2 and the arrow would be going to the right.
