since .75% exceeded the speed limit or 25 by more then 10 miles, 25+10=35. so fill in .75%, then convert that to a decimal, so .0075, the multiply .0075 by 800. And easier way to do this is find what 1% of the drivers are, (8) divide that by 4 (because 75 is 3/4ths), and then multiply by 3 ( because 3 is the top number), and get 6.
