We need to draw the graph of function with asymptote.

For horizontal asymptote:-


x\rightarrow \infty


y=\lim_(x\rightarrow \infty)((8)/(x+3)-2)=-2

HA: y=-2

For vertical asymptote:-


y\rightarrow \infty


x+3=0

VA: x=-3

For x-intercept, Put y=0

(1,0)

For y-intercept, Put x=0

(0,2/3)
