5/7 pounds fill 2/3 crate

x= number of pounds of tomatoes that will fit in one crate

x=5/7 ÷ 2/3

multiply by the reciprocal
x=5/7 * 3/2
x=(5*3)/(7*2)
x=15/14

change to mixed fraction
x=1 1/14 or 1.07 pounds of tomatoes

1 1/14 pounds of tomatoes will fit in one crate.

Hope this helps! :)
