Do you agree or disagree with weisel’s statement that words “ can attain the quality of deeds?”

yes because a lot of things can be done with words, look at Ghandi or Martin Luther King Junior's "I have a Dream" speech.

I completely agree. It is the quality of someone's message that ultimately leads to the desired effect on the receptor, whether its a reader, viewer or listener. Using adequate words during important moments may well change the fate of someone, a group, or even a country for the good. There has been numerous example throughout history of the good use of words in powerful speeches, such as Lincoln's Gettysburg Adress or King's "I Have a Dream speech".
