Employee benefits are generally considered added compensation in addition to wages or salary.  so if it were represented as a function it would be C=b+w. The total compensation C would be equal to benefits b plus wages or salary w.

Answer:

Explained

Explanation:

Total employment compensation is calculated by

Salary + total benefits + additional bonus

Which means that the more benefits that employees got, the more compensation that they will receive.

The benefits itself usually a combination of pre-package that given by company for all employees, plus the amount that earned through employees' performance
