We need to change the radius of silver atom into × 10⁻¹¹
radius of silver = 1.65 × 10⁻¹⁰
radius of silver = 1.65 × 10¹⁺⁽⁻¹¹⁾
radius of silver = 1.65 × 10¹ × 10⁻¹¹
radius of silver = 1.65 × 10 × 10⁻¹¹
radius of silver = 16.5 × 10⁻¹¹

Calculate the difference. Substract the smaller number from the bigger number. And use distributive property as below
ac + bc = (a + b)c

difference = (16.5 × 10⁻¹¹) - (3.1 × 10⁻¹¹)
difference = (16.5 - 3.1) × 10⁻¹¹
difference = 13.4 × 10⁻¹¹
difference = 0.134 × 10⁻⁹
add nine of zeros
difference = 0.000000000134

The difference is 0.000000000134 m. Answer is option a
