The side of the square patio will equal the diameter of the circular pond.

d=30 .

Half of the diameter is the radus

30/2 = 15 . r=15

Area of a circle is A=
\pi r^(2) .

Plug in the values A = (3.14)(15)^2 = 706.50 ft squared
