f(x) is undefined for x = -7. Simplifying it does not change that.

f(x) = (x +7)(x -7)/(x +7)
f(x) = x -7 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . x ≠ -7

The graph will be a line with a slope of 1 and a y-intercept of -7. It will have a "hole" at (-7, -14).

The lower-left selection is appropriate.
