ok. y-intercept happens at x=0. So, plug that in. 20/(1+9e^3*0). You know 3*0=0 and that e^0 =1 so you're left with: 20/10 which is equal to 2. So, the y-intercept is 2.

the y intercept is (0,2)
if you need just the y value it is 2
