Answer is:
molality of a nonvolatile, nonelectrolyte solute is 15,38 m.
ΔT = 8°C.
Kb = 0,520°C/m.
b = ?
ΔT = Kb · b.
8°C = 0,520°C/m · b.
b = 15,38 m = 15,38 mol/kg.
Nonelectrolyte means that compound has very little dissociation in water.

The freezing point of water H2O is 0.00°C at 1 atmosphere. A nonvolatile, nonelectrolyte that dissolves in water is urea. If 13.40 grams of urea, CH4N2O (60.10 g/mol), are dissolved in 153.2 grams of water.
