The correct answer is "B".

The Congress of Industrial Organization was a coalition of organized labor unions in the United States and Canada which operated from 1935 to 1955. It was born out of a dispute with the American Federation of Labor regarding the search of the best way to organize industrial workers. This organization was supportive of the "New Deal" plan proposed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt and it was also open to the inclusion of African Americans.
