we know that

scale factor r=[dimension scale drawing]/[actual dimension]
r=6/12=0.5 cm/ft
[actual dimension]=[dimension scale]/r

for dimension scale=9 cm
[actual dimension]=[9]/0.5=18 ft

for dimension scale=10 cm
[actual dimension]=[10]/0.5=20 ft

answer
the actual dimensions of Abigail’s house are 18 ft x 20 ft
the area of Abigail’s house is (18*20)=360 ft²
