The figure is 1/4 of a circle and the size of the circle is 3cm. What is the best approximation for the perimeter of the figure? use 3.14 to approximate pi. Need help with this question.

By size, you mean radius, I hope.

Area = pi * r^2/4
Area = 3.14 * 3 * 3 /4
Area = 28.26 / 4
Area = 7.065 or 7.07
