An equilateral triangle has side lengths of 11 cm. The triangle is enlarged using a scale factor of 4. What is the length of one side of the triangle?

The first thing you should know to answer this question is that an equilateral triangle is a triangle that has the same measure for all three sides.
We have then that using the scale factor, the new measure for each side is:
(4) * (11) = 44cm
