If 9999 = 4, 8888 = 8, 1816 = 6, 1212 = 0, then 1919 =?

I've seen this logic puzzle before. You're counting the number of circles in each digit. Each 9 has one circle, each 8 has two, etc. 1919 has two circles, so 1919 = 2.

Answer:

1919=2

Explanation:

In,9999 there are four circles,one in each 9, therefore the answer is 4.

In,8888 there are eight circles, one in each 8,therefore the answer is 9.

Similarly, in 1816 and 1212, there are six and zero circles in each number. Hence the answer is 6 and 0 respectively.

Therefore, in 1919, following the above path, there will be 2 zeroes,one in each nine.

Hence, 1919=2
