When Ph = -㏒[H+] and when we have [H+] represents by [H3O+]= 9.5x10^-9 M
as the Ph is equal the negative ㏒ of the concentration of H+ ions or H3O+ hydronium ions.

So, by substitution in Ph equation:
∴ Ph = -㏒(9.5x10^-9)
= 8.02
