THE THING IM ABOUT TO TELL YOU IS SOMETHING THAT SOME PEOPLE IN PRECALCULUS STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND!

The solution of a SINGLE equation is where it touches the X-AXIS.

The solution of TWO equations are where they touch EACH OTHER.

Now to graph them...
The point at which they touch is their solution, therefore (2,3) is their solution.
