The formula for the relationship between triangle sides is the following
b-c < a < b+c and b>c or a-c < b < a+c and a > c etc...
A) 11-5 < 4 < 11+5 => 6 < 4 < 16 =>
this double inequality is not true and these three sides can't form triangle

B) 22-17 < 14 < 22+17 => 5 < 14 < 39
this double inequality is true and these three sides can form triangle

C) 28-15 < 10 < 28+15 => 13 < 10 < 43 =>
this double inequality is not true, the conclusion is yours.

D) 30-15 < 14 < 30+15 => 15 < 14 < 45 =>
this double inequality is not true, the conclusion is yours.
Good luck !!!!
