Since the scale factor is 4:3 then every dimension of triangle WXY is (3/4) of every dimension of triangle CDE.
The perimeter of triangle CDE = 13 + 22 + 29 = 64.
So, the perimeter of triangle WXY = (3/4) * 64 = 48
