The total possible outcome for the experiment is 36.

The ossible outcomes for same number on each dice is 6.

So probability for the same number on dice is,


(6)/(36)=(1)/(6)

So probability for the same number on dice is 1/6. So first statement "The probability of rolling the same digit with each die is 1/4" is false.
