Narcissism: Narcissism is a tendency towards an extreme sense of self-centeredness. This refers to when an individual sees little to no flaws in themselves, they may feel that they carry qualities of only perfection, they do not worry how others are treated, they focus on their own wants and needs.

Psychopathy: refers to a neuropsychiatric disorder marked by deficient emotional responses, lack of empathy, and poor behavioral controls, commonly resulting in persistent antisocial deviance and criminal behavior

Psychosis: Refers to a complete detachment from reality. This is an extreme mental disorder in which thoughts/emotions are greatly impaired, leaving little to no sense of rationality.
