1) The second selection looks correct, as it is the only one with a minimum at a positive x value, and a y-intercept more than 109.

2) Your choice cannot be correct, as it corresponds to a function with a minimum near x = 1.278/(2*0.056) ≈ 11.4. The function is obviously decreasing at that point, so is not a minimum there. My calculator shows the 4th selection is best.
