As enzyme are naturally proteins or derivative of them so by eating protein like
-beans
-white meat,mutton,beef
-sea food
We can get the essential enzymes..

We can get amino acids from eating food that contain
proteins.
Proteins are made up of chains of amino acids. During digestion, the proteins are broken down into amino acids.
