M(Pb(C2H5)4 = M(PB)*1 + 4*( M(C)*2 + M(H)*5)
M(Pb(C2H5)4 = 207.2 + 4(12.0*2 + 1.0*5)
M(Pb(C2H5)4 = 207.2 + 4(28.0 + 5)
M(Pb(C2H5)4 = 207.2 + 4*33
M(Pb(C2H5)4 = 207.2 + 132
M(Pb(C2H5)4 = 339.2 g/mol
Hope this helps !
